No Returns or Exchanges
Due to hygiene considerations and our thorough inspection process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products.

Damaged Products
In the rare event of receiving a damaged product, we require a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the moment you open the package. This video is mandatory for processing any return requests.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost in Transit
We are not responsible for packages lost during transit and do not offer refunds for such cases.

Stolen or Delivered Packages
We cannot refund or replace packages marked as delivered but not retrieved. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure.

Incorrect Address
If an item is not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it can only be resent after being returned to us, and a reshipment fee will apply.


Manufacturing Defects

Replacement
If your jewelry is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof Required
A clear unboxing video is necessary to process your claim.
